Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, we will inspect the items and issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
